From downtown, take a tuk-tuk to the Japanese embassy, building #126 on the enlarged map. Looking at the map, the tuk-tuk will be traveling from left to right and coming up the hill to the Japanese embassy from the fork in the road (see lower-left corner of the map).

Continue past the Japanese embassy until you come to the first road on your left. Turn left onto this road. Proceed for 50 meters. You will come to a very small lane on your left. You will see a blue sign to the left of the lane as you face it. The mobile phone number painted on the sign is: 020-514432. Proceed down the lane.
